Festive feeling

Who doesn’t love meandering around streets decorated with twinkling Christmas lights on a dark winter’s evening? Bring that cosy feel indoors with candles for every room: tealight holders in a large dish on your coffee table, LED candles on your bedside table, large lanterns as a dining table centrepiece, or rustic lanterns on your terrace. Tip: add an extra dose of winter cosiness with a slow-burning scented candle.

Quality time together

There’s only one gift on everyone’s list: more time. So make the festive season all about spending quality time together. Our favourite activity? Watching old Christmas films on the sofa. A soft rug under your feet, everyone snuggled under a warm blanket, and delicious snacks on the coffee table. Why not invite friends over to join you? A stool or pouf is an easy way to create extra seating.

Dinner is served

The dining table is where the most wonderful memories are made. From Christmas lunch to New Year’s dinner: an inviting table is a must during the festive season. Only got limited space? Then go for a round or oval table. As nobody is sitting at the head or in the middle, this soft shape provides an extra dynamic and more interaction at the table. In a more spacious room, it’s better to choose a rectangular table that can seat a lot of guests. Whatever shape you choose, always use soft table linens and a classic set of tableware. Time to unwind

Inviting your whole family over for dinner or finding the perfect gift for your best friends: Christmas can sometimes be quite stressful. So be sure to make time to unwind. How about having a games night with your partner, making biscuits with the kids, or simply lingering over a cup of hot chocolate and a good book. Our advice: a handy side table is an easy way to dedicate a little corner of your home to rest and relaxation.
